Наверное я не правильно выразилась, имелась ввиду полностью целиком щётка очистителя заднего стекла (железка, что быстро ржавеет). Не сам дворник-резина (каркасный/бескаркасный).

Шпонка и не должна быть каленой, проблема обычно не из-за нее, а из-за неправильного момента затяжки. Болт повторно использовать нельзя, шайбу и шпонку тоже желательнои всегда новые ставить. Если разбит паз на колене, то колено под замену, со шкивом тоже самое, паз должен быть целый и демпфирующая резиновая прослойка без надрывов и отслоений.

Там крепление обычный крюк, можно ставить от чего удобно, что по длине подходит.

Не правильно ты понял. Бондаж резиновый. Там грохот, визг ремней и прочее. Это надо быть полностью глухим или в нерване.

Я так понял, что шпонка сильно разбила паз в шкиве и шкив перестал крутить ремень помпы и поэтому перегрев случился. У меня был такой случай: обломился болт коленвала. Ночью, в темноте. Шкив болтался на ремнях. Шпонка выпала и потерялась. И шайба болта коленвала тоже выпала и потерялась. Новая шпонка оказалась сделана из мягкого металла. Копеечная деталюшка из-за которой можно двигатель запороть. А шайбу сналёту купить не удалось. В магазинах её не держат, т.к. обычно, люди оставляют старую свою шайбу и не покупают новую. Пришлось заказывать со сроком поставки несколько дней. Так что, лучше не терять ни шпонку, ни шайбу... Паз у моего шкива сильно разбило и пришлось покупать новый шкив.

Может кто подсказать по нескольким вопросам, похожие вопросы/темы поиском по форуму не нашлись: 1. сломались (отвалились) пластиковые кнопки (рычажки) для складывания спинок сидений второго ряда, знает кто от каких авто можно поискать? Через экзист по кодам каталога недоступны для заказа. Может есть коды для поиска в других местах? 2. вопрос про кнопку Down от управления закрывания люка. В блоке три из четырёх работают отлично, но опускание заедает. Срабатывает только с танцами. Есть вариант починки или надо целиком весь блок управления менять? Есть код? 3. можно ли и нужно ли заменить уплотнитель (если правильно называю)? Не течёт, но край очень жёсткий, хотя может такой и должен быть... Код запчасти по форуму не нашёлся. Буду благодарна.

извиняюсь за долгое молчание , опять пришлось снять мотор проверил колечки -три шт. не правильно стояли , сослепу сразу не понял , у верхнего и сечение своеобразное ... в итоге собрал поставил -опять дымит и гонит масло в выхлопной коллектор ..... завел со снятым выхлопным масло из цилиндров ..... давление в турбине и ТНВД мерить не чем ...

добрый вечер , перед злополучным утром мотор работал , все в норме , был выходной мотался по городу проблем не было ... сегодня продолжал заниматься , вроде обороты начали подыматься ... газанул в очередной раз и мотор потер в разнос ... заводил кратковременно не поставил шкив коленвала , просто поставил нижнюю крышку ГРМ , в итоге ремень съехал наружу "пропилил " крышку и мотор заглох ... итог сломанные выхлопные коромысла ( три шт.) снял клапанную крышку , клапана на вид целые завтра буду соображать что дальше делать ...

ТНВД по сканеру давление дает? турбина в порядке?

завел двиг. утром через несколько секунд появился металлический стук и упали обороты ... заглушил и больше не завелся ... далее притащил на буксире на работу в гараж , собрал консилиум решил для начала голову снять , вдруг что с капанными гнездами ? не попал все нормально ... в итоге дв. вытащил и разбор далее , коренные шатунные вкладыши в норме ... небольшие потертости , шейки в идеале , что стучало так и не понял ... поменял вкладыши , колечки все собрал ГРМ по меткам, завел мотор дымит какой то серый дым работает слишком мягко что ли ... поработал немного давлю потихоньку газ - обороты не набирает (около 2000) и дымит еще сильнее ... пробовал сдвинуть на зуб вправо влево метку на коленвале - результат тот же ... на форуме два дня штудировал -ничего подобного не нашел ... может кто сталкивался с подобной проблемой подскажите что могло произойти .... форсунки проверял на стенде в сервисе - в норме , на двигателе обратки снимал - не льют ...
